Room rates range from $99-$159/night (plus taxes),
which includes a 3-course breakfast
served between 8 am-9:30 am. Breakfast is served
in The Tillie Bond Dining Rooms.
When you confirm a reservation with us, you are
entering into a verbal contract. Unlike hotels we
have a limited number of guest rooms, therefore
a 7 day cancellation policy is strictly in force.
Each reservation requires a guarantee with an advance
deposit/1st Night stay using any major credit card.
Cancellations require a 7-day notice, and will be
subject to a $35 processing fee. Within 7 days of
your reservation start date, the deposit will be
forfeited. (a $25 fee for Non-Returned keys).
Check-ins are from 3 PM - 8 PM. Early or Late arrival
arrangements may be made with prior notice.
We accept All major credit cards. Gift cards/certificates
from web sites also accepted as payment.
We are a NON-SMOKING inn. Smoking is allowed on
ALL outside porches.
Pets are allowed ONLY in the Tillie Bond Cottage,
Room #22 and Room #23. Please keep your pet on a
leash, pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Dining Room or
Common inside areas. Please use the Do Not Disturb
Sign, to alert housekeeping staff when your pet
is left alone in your room.
Children of all ages are welcome. Children 5 and
under are Free. Otherwise there is a $30.00 Fee
for 3rd and 4th guests. We respect that most of
our guests come to our inn for a romantic getaway.
Children are to be supervised at all times.
